I am incredibly happy with the dentist, staff and atmosphere at Melanie Pugh DMD. My hygienist, Jenny, is the best I have ever had. She listened to my concerns and effectively cleans my overly sensitive teeth with care. Thanks for making my trips to the dentist a good experience!

This was my first visit. Was greeted and treated kindly. Staff was thorough and explained everything as we went along. Very happy with my results of having a crown recemented.

This office has a well trained staff that keeps things on schedule and running smoothly. The hygienist who cleans my teeth, (Celina), always does a wonderful job. She understands that I have sensitive teeth and takes a lot of the stress out. I would highly recommend this practice.

After living in Ohio for our entire lives, my wife and I recently relocated to SW Florida. As a result of this relocation, we had the daunting task of finding a new Dentist. We started our search the usual way by talking with friends and family and got their recommendations. We ignored all their advice, (We are glad we did!) and we came across Dr. Pugh's practice via an internet search. After reviewing her extensive website we immediately called and scheduled our initial appointments. I can tell you from the time I walked through the front door I felt like I belonged there. Their lobby is beautiful, warm and inviting. I was greeted with a friendly smile. Unfortunately, I can't remember the associates' name who registered me but she was absolutely wonderful! She even welcomed me to the practice, who does that! I was seen by Dr. Couillard and she was assisted by Michelle. Bravo to Dr. Pugh for hiring these two ladies. Obviously they were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough but even more important they were extremely pleasant and friendly. They treated me as if we have been life long friends. On my next visit, I was treated by Kelly for a cleaning. I can't say enough good things about Kelly and the treatment she provided. She was extremely friendly and professional ( I am starting to think this a prerequisite to work here!). She offered tips and suggestions along the way and even threw in a few compliments. If you are in need of a Dentist because you are new to the area or maybe you are not happy with your current one, you owe it to yourself to call Dr. Pugh and her team, you'll be happy you did!

New Patient I am very pleased with the professionalism, up-to-date and very clean environment, and overall friendliness of staff. They had a special offer for new patients, complete x-rays for $100. There was a cancellation, so I got my teeth cleaned the same day. I am so glad I found this practice.

As a retired Dental Hygienist, I appreciate everything Dr. Pugh’s office staff has to offer. Celena RDH is very thorough and gentle and we’ve even formed a relationship- not formal but we remember each other’s story. The front desk staff is very helpful and cheerful. Dr. Couillard is gentle and explains everything as she goes along. Her assistant, Sophia, answers all my concerns and makes sure she faces me so I can hear her.

My experience with Dr. Berry was excellent. Her calm demeanor and clear explanations, put me at ease. Also, dental assistant Idalmis was friendly, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable. This is a highly professional yet approachable medical staff.

I have been going to Dr. Pugh's office for several years. And the experience just keeps getting better. The office is very well organized with warm and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Pugh was very thorough in my exam to include a check of mouth and neck for cancer. The best dental office I have ever experienced....I am 82 and lived and experienced many cities and many dentists.

My first two visits have been great. The initial evaluation was thorough, on time and efficient. Everyone, (front desk, assistants, hygienist and dentist) were cordial, introduced themselves and were very interactive. Second visit was similarly well done. Dr Berry is a skilled dentist and showed excellent concern for me as a patient. Thank you.
